EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
 
Lai Pei Wor (Chairman)
Mr. Lai Pei Wor, aged 52, is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is the
founder of the Group and has over 27 years' experience in the industry. He is responsible for
the Group's overall strategic planning, policy making and financing.
 
Chan Yau Wah (Deputy Chairman)
Mr. Chan Yau Wah, aged 50, is the Deputy Chairman of the Company. He is responsible for
the overall management and operation of the Group's manufacturing activities in the PRC. He
holds a higher diploma in production and industrial engineering from The Hong Kong
Polytechnic (now known as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and a diploma in
management studies from the Hong Kong Management Association. He has over 27 years'
experience in the electronics industry. He joined the Group in December 1990.
 
 
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
 
Kung Fan Cheong
Mr. Kung Fan Cheong, aged 54, is a partner in the law firm of Pang, Kung & Co. and is a
member of The Law Society of Hong Kong.
 
Leung Man Kay
Mr. Leung Man Kay, aged 57, is currently a financial and management consultant. He has
over 24 years' experience in corporate restructuring, auditing and accounting and financial
management and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of China Pith Consulting Limited
and a director of Tai Kong Corporate Advisory Limited. He is a fellow member of Hong
Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants, U.K. and The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also a member of Hong
Kong Securities Institute.
 
Li Yuen Kwan, Joseph
Mr. Li Yuen Kwan, Joseph, aged 56, graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo
in the United States of America and holds a bachelor of science in business administration
degree. After working in the business sector for nine years, he joined the Secretariat of
Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 1985 as an assistant director and in 1992 he was
appointed as a director of the Secretariat of Federation of Hong Kong Industries from which
post he retired in January 2005. He has over 21 years' experience in serving the
manufacturing industry of Hong Kong.
